Forms and Paperwork

The Minister of Lists is responsible for the East Kingdom authorization forms that combatants need for Armored Combat, Combat Archery, Rapier, Additional Weapons Forms, or to request replacement of a lost card and can be found on the Minister of the Lists Website.

Fighter Practice Waivers can be found on the SCA Waiver Site.

Waivers for Minors can be found at the same site, but we’d like parents to go through the Youth Fighters Website as well. There is a wealth of information specific to Youth that they’ll find invaluable. Similarly, there is youth-specific marshal information.
