Sanctions
Fighter: |
Sir Mord Hrutsson The Green
|
Reporting Marshal: |
Baron Sir Jibrial al-Dakhil, EM, EK
|
Date & Event: |
November 2015
|
Reasons for sanction:
|
An incident occurred at an event in November 2015 concerning Sir Mord
Hrutsson The Green. After a review of the information provided by
various people, including a statement from Sir Mord, I have decided that
sanctions are appropriate. I have no intention of posting
any of the commentary that forms the basis for this
decision as I see no benefit to the embarrassment of Sir Mord by
detailing the incident.
|
Sanctions:
|
Sir Mord shall be suspended from fighting
for a period of three months and the first member of the Chivalry of the
East Kingdom to have a marshal's warrant revoked. Sir Mord may reapply
for a new warrant as a marshal after a six month period has elapsed.
The fighting suspension shall run from January 1, 2016 until April 1,
2016. Sir Mord shall be ineligible to receive a marshal's warrant
until, or after, July 1, 2016. Since I have already postponed this
decision to allow the holiday season to pass, I believe this period of
sanction should give Sir Mord sufficient time to reflect on his actions
and, ultimately, return to both fighting and marshaling with the
integrity and conduct appropriate to the East Kingdom.

Appeal:

No appeal has been made.
|
Let this remind all others that compliance with
the rules of the list is not optional. Compliance with the rules of the
list is a mandatory obligation that we each take on in order to
participate and make our activities safe for combatants and spectators
alike.
